Our Story
The 1940s bungalow first caught our eye with its charming details—the original hardwood floors, the cozy den with a wall of bookshelves, and the inviting character that only time can create.
But what truly made it special was the unfinished garage out back. Where others saw a boarded-up space, we saw the potential for something new—a modern-industrial studio that could tell its own story. From the warmth of the main house to the sleek design of the studio, every corner has been thoughtfully crafted to feel like a retreat, whether you’re here for work, creativity, or a long-term stay.
